flat bench, same. flys to press, drop and repeat.
dips, then ending with pec deck
bis, standing db double drop, 2 sets(just to make sure i tear every single fiber i got). incline db, whatever i've got left in the tank.
tris: might try lying db extension like in Marcus' video earlier.
