Hello all! I am a 22 year old, mathematics tutor. I have been killing myself in the gym (or so I feel that way) for the past 4 years, but the only thing I have gained is a tremendous amount of strength. I look completely the same, coming in at 5' 11" and 165 lbs. Not only have I killed myself in the gym, I have counted calories and even began to eat 5 meals a day that were rich in protein and complex carbs and various other nutrients necessary for gaining weight. With that method I saw no change. So I attempted to skip meals, to slow my metabolism down, and this worked to get me 10 extra pounds, but in the end I lost the weight and went back to 165. I seem to have also reached a plateau in my workout, because I cannot seem to go up in weight anymore. So I have been researching steroids, and I feel that I want to try my first cycle. So I have a couple questions in mind. What do you recommend I should I run to start my first cycle? What are things I should look for to tell if a website is trying to scam me in my attempt to buy steroids? (I know the rules. I am not asking for a source. I will attempt to find my own and if I get scammed, well you live and you learn) How should I eat to gain weight while on this cycle? Thanks in advance! Happy lifting!
