damn!! That fat...must be the lighting....Since I started Crossfit I dropped a lot of bf....
I even dropped shirt and pants size...

so you would not suggest a test/var cycle for a good cutter? or only at lower bf levels?
anavar is only good to cycle when you are in single digits BF%
Need to wait until below 15% bf to cycle. Also need to get your diet and training down. Build a base, then go for it

There are more risks when cycling at higher bf. Gyno or other estrogen related problems are more likely.

Please listen to the suggestions. You are not ready. I see some natural Gyno for high BF% and a cycle would be terrible for you. You would have such a hard time controlling your Estrogen level and you will be extremely prone to very bad Gyno. IMOP ...crazy mike

I was thinking around 25%. I try not to read other posts until I have a number in mind so it won't influence my own opinion. I agree with what the others said. High 20's. Calipers aren't very accurate if that's what you used to measure it at 20%. I was easily over 30% last year. Lots of others have logged massive fat losses in that time too. Eat lean, train hard. You'll get there sooner than you think.

Ok I say 25% BF but can't tell better as everyone said. Post more pics. You were given a chart is that how you got 20%, sorry I missed that. Get that BF down to at least 13-14% tops. Aight, there is no replacement for a good quality dry diet.
But, unlike what others say - I know test can be ran in benefit of weight loss. I did it, worked just great.
But, it means you have to be on your diet even more or it will turn extremely counter productive and fast.
If you have any real gyno, I would completely stay away from the sauce until you get yourself in shape and are able to access the extent of your gyno.
The only reason to run test is to be able to hit a fairly extreme calorie deficit. The test will allow you to keep strength and whatever muscle you already have. No other steroid should be used alongside the test. At such a high Bf% it will do absolutely nothing and just be a waste.
Whatever your goals, the formula does not change: diet+routine+juice/time
The juice is just there to help, but without the diet and a solid routine it won't do shit.

I'm going to be 100% honest as I think thats what you want......
I can't tell if it's the lighting.... you may have more seperation in the chest and some fatloss around/below the belly button. Overall.... not too much.
Have you posted your diet here? If not.... goto the nutrition section and post it up. Let them tweak it for you to set you up for success. What kind of routine do you have right now?
