    help

    Any ideas on what would be good for my fIrst cycle ever.. I'm looKing to shed a little fat quickly and bulk up some Ive falling off some but I'm a belIever n muscle memory but I don't wanna be as big or cut up as I used to be I'm looking to go above and beyond and need to have a constructive hobby these 12oz curls are killing me. I've heard tren a would be a good start from some guys of the rig any suggestions would b awesome

    Sounds like diet and cardio is your key, head over to nutrition section

    I don't know of anything that safely sheds fat quickly. You might find yourself searching endlessly my friend.

    I'm down with workng for it I ain't looking for no specific or instant remedy jUst hints and what has proven effective to others. I aldo just downloaded insanity giving it all full dedication starting in the A.m diet everything.. enjoYing what is to be my last Six pack n awhile and wAtcHing some S.O.A... and some taco bell .. I'm seriOusly Gona make changes before and after pics to be expected

    Not much training when I do work out I'm just pushing weight although I try to hit all Muscles I did a lil time n prison and the penitentiary build is patheTic def not what I want and unsure on actual body fat cept to say I'm ready for a change

    Diet is the key man, why use chemicals to shred and have possible bad sides when you can just nail down the diet.

    I would run a moderately low dose of Testosterone to prevent muscle wasting. 400-500 mg a week. 45 mins cardio 6 or 7 days a week after lifting with a calorie deficient diet. 1 gallon water a day, limit carbs and cut carbs daily after 4. I follow that pretty exact when i cut and I shed fat like crazy. It's all about cardio and diet sir.

    I wouldnt even recommend supplements yet. Insanity? What exactly are your goals? Because insanity is not going to give you muscle. Do some research on a proper diet depending on your goals, along with weight resistance, proper rest, hydration, and incorporating cardio if you need it. Get all of that perfect for a respectable amount of time showing great progress before you think about putting hormones or drugs in your body.

    Thanks for The insight I just have one goal right now it's getting n shape and shedding some unwanted fat. Shit I ain't ever had to watch what I eat but its starting to catch up to me. . And I worK on a ****ing drilling rig which makes it tough to maintain a diet but excuses will get me no where appreciate the shared knowledge

    This guy doesnt know what fasted morning cardio is. Please dont give him advice or protocols on how to use drugs. He needs to dial in his diet and training first.
