If your doctor has not given you any physical limitations I doubt gear would have any effect on your heart. This is my personal opinions based on 23 years of medical experience. I'm not a doctor and I'm sure you know who you need to discuss this with...your cardiologist. Don't freelance.
Great above. For my 2 cents, I have mild pvc and mild tachycardia. I don't have any physical limitations, and I don't have any problem on gear. Neither condition is serious enough to warrant seeing a cardiologist regularly in my case. My pcp handles it, although I did see a cardiologist when 1st diagnosed. That's my own story. You need to get your own by finding out how serious yours is. This is a situation where you'll have to make an informed decision on your own and assess the risk vs. reward IMO. Just ask if you have to change your behavior due to this. Is ultra high intensity training ok? In my case, since I had historically been a gym rat until I let myself go, my doc ordered me to get back to the bb lifestyle. He didn't tell me to go on gear obviously but I did my homework and made my decision.
