    Week 10 test e checking in.

    So week 10 deff see awesome size,great pumps and feel great. Started weight at 165 so far 184lbs, thx for all the help so far guys.

    Congrats!!! How much longer you going? How have the lifts improved?

    2 more weeks. The stopping for a while and doing another cycle next year. Yes I improved in lifting heavy and could last much longer without getting tired.

    How have you been eating? I don't want your diet breakdown, I mean clean or dirty and how much of that 20lbs do you think is lbm?

    Only had like 2 cheat days so far and ive been eating around 3000-3500 calories clean. I say my final weight will be around 186 and will go down to 180-175.

    You'll know you've done well when people start asking if you are taking steroids or flat out accusing you of it without bothering to ask. It always makes me feel like I'm making good progress lol.

    Yes alot of people started to notice and asked including girls. Yes I will post some at the end of week 12.

    Cool. If you keep eating and training like an animal and you gained that weight eating cleanly you may only lose a few lbs. A lot of people make the mistake of changing their program when on vs off. Don't do that. I believe it's a major factor in why a lot of people don't keep their gains after cycling. Samson kept all but a lb or 2 if I'm not mistaken. I didn't lose any between my cycles this year either. A few lbs maybe. You'll always lose some due to the water you were holding on cycle but with proper e2 management that's not a given either.

    It won't be too bad actually. 12 weeks is easy to recover from. I've stayed on for close to a year in the past. That is a sucky recovery. Also not very productive. I don't recommend that for anyone. I was young and ignorant.

    And would you say that it's a lean 20, or did you put much fat on?
