These are approximate dates and readings taken from bod pod machine. Pictures I believe middle two were pumped up, I know last was taken cold. Middle two were basically start and end of bulk comp, well 2-3 weeks in on the starting ones. That was also when I ran a blast. Going to start cycling soon, but will keep doing it. Have lost some weight since last pics too, so will do updates and add them onto the end as I go. I don't exactly buy the bf on the last one, I look much more muscular than second pics and almost as low of bf, at least to me I think I look better. I tried to get them all as close to same scale, but was really hard considering the front pics I didn't have something good to measure to, and even the back ones not sure on one of them. I might just stop wasting time and money with the bod pod, it doesn't tell me much, I already know I have more fat to lose. And I think it is inaccurate. Anyways, this is my journey to lose the excess fat and keep it off forever.(while getting strong and massive as possible)

Great work and to be honest the bf on the last one is out in my opinion, you got some size about you which comes though you lose somemore bf and you will look amazing if you keep the muscle tissue. Well done

Thanks Marcus, I hope you are right. I'm shooting to be a reasonable body fat by spring, then it's keeping it 10-15% and getting as strong as possible, that's the plan for now.

I'm hoping to get a bodpod thing done this week. They will be calling me from the local universities health / nutrition center tomorrow. Hopefully I can set it up. Cool stuff!

Thanks, and for the record I haven't done any shrugs in 4+ years.

Yeah i was looking at his protocol, considering it.

I currently hit legs twice a week. One day will be something like reverse band box squats in the 1-3 rep range, follwed by stiff leg deadlifts, with some extra hamstring and ab work. The other day will be 5-8 rep range squats, followed by something 8-10 reps like deficit deadlifts or good mornings, then hamstring and abs. Then the following week would be some form of deadlift for the heavy movement, with front squats after or something. Sometimes do some speed work. I am doing a good 5 sets of each usually. Not sure if I could augment this and recover.

For cardio I sometimes do tire flips and sledge swings, or circuit work, I haven't gotten back into sprints, but plan to. I'll do this after a session or in the am. But honestly the cardio is hard to fit in.

Bodpod is really easy and quick. I'm sure your reading will be really low, but if it seems off I want to hear about it.

I'll let you know. I've never had it tested before but it'll be cool to find out.

Well done !! Like Marcus said, cant wait to see more progress. The next steps are the best, when you start seeing cuts and muscle definition.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Thanks, I can't wait to see it either. Going to be running prop, and calories will slowly be dropped a bit more than now, although i have dropped them a bit more recently and doing ok, I shouldn't be losing muscle mass or much strength. Then after worlds in november I plan to speed things up a bit even more, that is where things might get a bit more tricky. But I'm hoping once i get bf down I will time things so I won't ever have to cut going into a powerlifting comp unless I'm going for records or something big. It will be nice though, after november I can drop heavy lifting to every other week, and get more conditioning sessions in, and more hypertrophy type stuff. But with how close that is I have to stick with being used to it, and not try to get everything done in 5 weeks like I've been doing.

Updated again with pics from about a month ago, kind of marked the start of my final 12 weeks of hard cut. I can't remember weight at the time of pictures, but I know I was 220 replenished after the holidays, and that was the morning after a big carb up so will be retaining more water, but my depleted weight was around 210 prior and not long after.
