Help! - New Member, First time Potential User

    Hi Guys,

I am a brand new member.

I am 34 Years old and have not trained for 8 Years.
Last time I trained I dropped from 35% body fat to 8% body fat.

I am well versed in how to train, and nutrition.

I have had 2 kids, and now interested in researching anabolics and if this is the right option for me.

    I am currently:

    34 Years Old
    1.73 Meters (173 cm)
    42% Body Fat

I have started Gyming 1 week ago again since my 8 year absence.

I have NEVER taken anabolics before, I do however still have sufficient muscle mass from my younger days of training.

What anabolics should i look at for as a first timer.
    How munch of each
When should I be taking them

My goal is to lose fat, I want to achieve 12% body fat.

If you guys can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I have bought the following supplements:

Whey Protein (Protein Fast Release - Post Training)
    Creatine (Recovery)
Amino Acids (BCAA, and Mixed AA) - Recovery
    Glutamine

I have also selected a good eating program to assist in muscle gain.

I apologise if this kind of question has been asked before, I am just worried that individual goals and compositions and ages are different and thus regime will be different.

    Thanks Guys!

I will read through the nutrition forums, and make sure that I start a proper training regimen.
What should my bf percentage be before cycling?
How long do I need to train for, when will I know I am ready?

I will be making gym and good nutrition a way of life.
I have 2 very young daughters and need to live a healthy life and be strong enough to protect them.

You guys have been very welcoming it is great to be a part of this community.
