No one mentioned low E so this post is pointless, you think? And the difference between this board and the majority of others is knowledge. So you can say E is overblown or you can do some homework and you would know how important E is and why the majority on this board try to get it in optimal range and are concerned when it's too high/low.

Well no shit. His E pre chlomid is pretty godamn low. 31 isn't anything to worried about. He stated himself he was worried about his E . Some people on this board go apeshit over E even when its in normal range.

Also you have to remember power is a number chaser, he can just let the doc do his work and see how he feels best. Then once you feel good you see what your #s are.

Your opinion is important but if it is opinion, you should say so. It would also be more useful to us all if you spoke up when you saw an inaccurate post, or a post you feel is misleading. We could all benefit. Using terms like "overblown" and "some people" does no one any good because there are no points of reference.

I figured all the posts about people crashing there E with arimidex kinda supported that fact. And we all know here that low E has negative effects on your body. He brought up a fact about his estrogen and I responded. Sorry

I missed OP's reference to E, in which I just read. I don't think he is saying it's high, but just that he does not feel a difference which we would all assume he would based on his low E2 numbers prior.

As for many crashing their E2, I feel it's simply due to the fact that they don't realize how strong a prescription AI is such as Arimidex. People will be slightly over and can get away with an over the counter AI such as zinc & DIM, yet their Dr. will give them script and tell them to take 1mg per week, thus they kill their E2. Thankfully to this board, many people will post prior and we can guide them, but that's not always the case.

I agree completely. I started Test at a men's health clinic where they gave me 100mg test cyp/week and .5mg anastrozole right after the shot (and .5mg, 3.5 days after the shot.) After the injection, I went home and had to sleep. After the second ai dose, I had to go to sleep. I thought it was the Test. I finally realized they were OD'ing me on the ai! I've acquired a healthy respect of anastrozole! Based on the ai dose I'm taking now - .25mg every 4 days - LowT Mike feels that I could manage my E2 through zinc, copper and DIM. I'm gonna try.

On a side note, is sensitive E tests the equivalent of free t tests?

no, the e2 sensitive test is equal to the testosterone total test for women, children, and hypogonadal males..just a more sensitive test.
