    "Conditions" yes, such as hyperprolactinemia. That would be a medical concern that requires therapeutic attention by a physician. I'm referencing healthy humans.

    Yes..the reasons would be "conditions". But my point is also that everyone who plays with their damn nipples long enough and hard enough can cause interstitial fluid to "leak" and it's NOT due to elevated E2 or prolactin levels.
