    one year to the day

    Free realizing things had gone waaaaaay too far in the health division n I still got a long way to go here are some before n after pics. Set not in the same place. Don't live there now. Both are totally relaxed no tensing nywhere these with no gym session on the day too. Hope they come out

    Still bulking ATM. So bf not important to me. All in all started Around 13 n half stone. I'm now over 17 stone. 109 kg to be exact. I'd looooove to keep pound slabs of mass on n hit 20 stone before cutting but. Whooo is it hard to break away from 17 marker. I'm 6ft 3 n aquart so got the height for it. Funny. I've been walking around cussing how my legs haven't grown. Still the same size just stupidly stronger I.e leg curl 70kgper -leg now. Leg extension 200kg for twenty. Etc etc.

    But. From these pics it looks like they have grown!!!

    I did powerlift ten years ago. But never lifted a finger for last ten years. Then I looked in the mirror lol. U can are what I saw.... Pffft

    I do now. Work legs twice a week. They don't look like much but I can leg extension 200kg for 12*4sets (I've now lowered to 150-180 doing the following, 5 full ext into 5 bumps at full.extra into 5 full into 5 extra into 5 full). The pain. Is shall e say. Satisfying.
    I do a similar workout for leg curls. Instead of 70kg per leg I've dropped to both legs at 100kg doing the above.
    I also hack squat. Machine press and Russianleg curl((without bench!!))(**** is that one hard).
    My reason for changing to.this is to utilize two provens.

    1. Causing a constant stress on the muscle starves that muscle of blood. When relaxed blood rushes in causing the muscle to swell n therefore increasing the size of the muscle facia providing more room to grow.

    2, fully stretching (not hyper extending!!) The muscle helps tear n stretch muscle fibers and assists in flexability.

    Im hoping this causes the catalyst im after. Its sure as hell more painful.

    Significant progress since last year justin, keep up the intense training and you'll get there.

    Keep working on establishing your base, time will eventually come for cutting, not just yet.

    Hey Justin, wow...I have no suggestions right now. No reason for me to jump in at this time and confuse issues. The issue here for me it to recognize some hard work accomplishment nts. You are doing great. Rome not built in a day and neither will you. But as I like to say...progress not perfection. You are on your way, all you need to do is stick with the plan. Though the details change don't ever get derailed from the overall game plan. You stay on task and everyday you will have accomplished something, and something more,...Yep and more everyday.     Blu. Save goin deep i did a 8 week test400 cycle mon thurs2ml. Then 12week.test400 mon wed fri 2ml after. The pics were at the end of that cycle.

    Only.weight trained but 5*+a week.1+hours.

    Im now 5-6*week 2+hours.weightsplus hiit ince.week. circuits once.weeek. ab attack once.a.week. plus 10-20 mins.steady 125-130 hb step machine hefore and.after training.

    OK. Few more pics. Growth started to slow when I wanted to shed some fat. So switched routines a few times to see what works. I grow better 5 x training session. Although I do sometimes split into 2-3 day routines then rest. I'm mainly power until one of a few boggling injuries play up of which I then do low weights much more reps with concentrated positive n negative resistance etc. Really stretch n flex as far as possible going ott on form as its light. I'll do that until I simply can't o. Pos or beg.
    Eating loads. Currently on tested/trenA cycle no sides always suffer red sleeping. But I'm yet to have an adverse effect on anything.
    My weight is at over 17 stone 4. And I'm looking to keep steadily increasing mostly on my legs n arms

    This is ONE YEAR + 4 MONTHS

    I agree, less reps more weight after a year of training. Also squats , unless there is a particular reason you can't. Vey important exercise.

    N yeh. Its surprising but my legs are damn strong. Unfortunately when measuring my ankles against others it seems my bones are quite a ways thinner. But the pins are still growing. Up to 17stone 7 now. 245lbs

    I always work on my squats. Leg ext. Leg curl. Seated calf raise. Clalf raise on sleigh machine. Str8 leg reads. Sumo squats alternate with normal. Ass to grass. N vary that with much heavier parallel squats.
    I never miss legs each week. Just hardest part for me to grow. But they are. N well. Its not even 2 years yet ;-)

    Found it.on Google when looking for alternative pinning points like bicep etc. Just got it there for others benefit if thinking of other areas.
    Its damn well hard to make so.many changes in a relatively short time span

    This latest picture is at 1 year 6 months roughly.

    Nice progress man. My legs are like that too. They get really hard and ridiculously strong for their size but difficult to make them grow larger.
