    Hey guys I am back and have a few Q about a product...

    Hey I know its been a while, BUT I am back and back at it. I tried this thread in the female forum but no hits... maybe yall can help a girl out???
    A friend of mine is wanting me to try a product called advocare.. They are wanting to sell it to me for $80 a pop... Not really wantin to shell out that much $ if it doesnt work that great for the girls.. kwim? Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks

    lol, its just that alot of people buy supps because well usually its there diet that is lacking, eg. all the 160lb guys that come here looking for 'something' to make them gain... when they would be better off spending that money on food.. if you catch my drift..

    also alot of these weight loss or mass gainer supps are just junk anyways...

    It is to help gain.. my diet is on point, and I am not really thinking I 'need" them.. just something to help out, maybe use the energy booster they have. I talked to a friend of mine that does competitions and she said its a line that has been around forever.
