Somebody has a chip on their shoulder me thinks. I've been a citizen and I've been a cop. I don't have this debate with anyone else unless they have also been both. Theoreticians who get way too hung up on the actual letter of the law can tell it to a judge. Nobody else gives a damn. You'll spend your entire life in court with that way of thinking. But hey, on the end you may be right if a judge agrees with you. That's what's really important isn't it? Who's right? Yeah.
