HCG may or may not increase your E2, so you may or may not need to reduce your Arimidex. No way to tell unless you have labs showing with and without.

Short term sides you may notice is slightly lowered test levels and aching of the testes.

I would not worry about it if you feel fine as of now and your HCG is on it's way.
