Well, in general, certain traits (in this case, sheer stupidity) should become less common in a population as a function of the differential reproductive success of organisms interacting with their environment. I guess dumb blondes are successful at attracting mates to propagate their ignorance which prevents this trait from being pruned from or genetic lineage. Lol

Yes it should, except as I said, we have made it to easy for the stupid to not only survive but strive and mass reproduce.

I came up with a cure several years ago. At birth every boy/girl are sterilized. They can not reproduce until they have passed a certain age, level of education and employment, mental evaluation and test. It's not a perfect science and of course there are many many things that could/would go wrong but in a perfect world (me in control lol) it would work.

I don't think requiring people to qualify to have children is even an extreme view.
