Not quite sure but it sounded like you had high e2 symptoms even before adding hcg as you said you felt them in week 2. If that's the case the hcg will definitely exacerbate the situation.
We need blood work though. You might be able to get away with simply splitting your dosage in half and injecting twice per week. Also depending on your labs, you might be able to lower the dosage, as it is pretty commonly accepted that the ideal hrt is test+hcg without an ai.
Personally I just stopped taking hcg last week and feel better without the mood swings, but ideally you'd want to include it for the benefits it produces.
