Like most stimulants, it acts as an appetite suppressant. I've taken adderall. It destroys my appetite. It's very addictive and has a high abuse potential. Hopefully its a short term treatment for you, especially a 30mg XR/PR dose.

Im never hungry when I take this I have to force myself to eat. I guess I can use this as part of my diet plan. The only thing im worried about is sending my body into shock from dropping my calorie intake.
