Not really, Mp. If you want to avoid taking a ton of stuff, you're going to end up taking a supplement like this one. Basically you'll have a few decent things and a bunch of stuff you don't need. But this one will help with cholesterol and liver and a bit for the prostate. So I wouldn't say it's junk. If the actual ingredients are pure, you should be fine.Originally Posted by Mp859
