thanks everyone, I appreciate it. Seems simple but you know wanted to make sure. The dosage part is self explanatory so know I know pretty much just digest the liquid anyway possible and im good. Im sure I can just drink it wash it down with water.

i usually just pull some water into the syringe and drink it after to help clean it out
