There isn't an amount of food a human can consume that would yield optimum levels. That doesn't mean you're unhealthy, but there's a difference between healthy (in range, garbage RDA) and optimum, where benefits would be amplified with certain compounds.
Take your B12 serum from the average of 400 pg/ml to 4000+ and you'll change that statement. No amount of food will yield NO levels that actually produce outstanding results. etc...
