    I always believe in taking in whey pre and post workout. A typical day for me involves at least 2 shakes.

    I used to do 8 shakes per day, no in precontest, I only do 3 or 4.

    I believe man the damn size you are lol, my kidneys would probably shut down though. That's a lot of shakes!
