From the records I found they had not paid anything for about 16 months. I received a bill from the water district for $1500. No I didnt have to pay it.

You would not believe all the clothes and personal items that were left. Found some high end clothing as well that was never worn. I even found a Nordstrom gift card with $50 on it, a couple small diamond rings, emerald ear rings, TVs, laptop and a box with well over 1000 files with individuals information along with a copy of their drivers license, bank information and SS card from past sales and financing. I wonder what that would bring on the black market??? The karma would kill me I'm sure so it's going into a burn pile soon.

People are just weird what they will walk away from. I found one little baggie with some meth/crack residue, one glass pipe for smoking pot in the back yard under the corner of the back porch and a small baggies with just a pinch of pot. lol

The neighbors were all excited to have someone new in the place. They had left a BIG mess in front of the house from 4th of July and usually had 10+ cars and loud parties all the time. The 1st day there we cleaned up most of the yard and the street. We have meet several of the neighbors and shown them the inside of the house and all the junk/stuff that was left and our remodel ideas. They are happy to have us there, so far. lol

Good job on your investment. I hope it works out well. I have friends that have done well investing over the last few years in foreclosures and rehabbing homes during this recession.
