Really? I actually do a lot better on low carb diets but everything I've read so far states you need carbs while using clen?
Ideally I would like to drop about 5% bf. I'm pretty stuck on using clen, I just don't have time to be doing much more exercise than I already am. I have a little dog who won't run so doing more than walking with her is out of the question haha, and I also spend a lot of time doing mobility/recovery work because I have a handful of injuries from overexercising in the past.
