It has a much shorter active life than clen so when you take clen your in for a ride no matter what. Albut lasts about 6 hrs so you can take it and have it not effect your sleep etc. Also it is milder in the sense that I dont get the jitters or racing heartbeat as much but I still get the fat loss. Also it seems to improve my endurance and quality of workouts. I take it first thing in the am and then pre workout. This seems to give me the benefits and yet still allow for a solid nights sleep.
