    It has a much shorter active life than clen so when you take clen your in for a ride no matter what. Albut lasts about 6 hrs so you can take it and have it not effect your sleep etc. Also it is milder in the sense that I dont get the jitters or racing heartbeat as much but I still get the fat loss. Also it seems to improve my endurance and quality of workouts. I take it first thing in the am and then pre workout. This seems to give me the benefits and yet still allow for a solid nights sleep.

    This is the first year I played with Albuterol, and that ^ has pretty much been my experience. I ran it at 6mg 3x a day as I've seen you suggest in the past. Love it in comparison with Clen..

    ^ Thinking about it more... I think I dosed way more than that. Never over 18ish though.

    Please just disregard my posts on this cuz i can't fukin remember dosing, but loved it.

    I took a wake up dose with caffiene, I think it was a half a ml, which would've been 3mg(?). I dosed a full ml before working out. I really didn't need much for it to do the trick. ima*****. Went to the gym and did cardio and always needed to take an extra shirt cuz of the sweat.

    It might have only lasted 6 hours, but decreased appetite lasted during cycle for me. Even at night.

    I used ar-rs.
