I think I've seen every movie in categories I like... need more suggestions...

    - Apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic/end of the world....
    - Disease outbreak
    - Zombie
    - Alien invasion

Please list any and all the ones you know of. Don't want anything in 4:3 ratio. Preferably post 2000+

    Thanks!

I dig your taste in movies. Very similar to mine.

Not sure why this came to me first, but have you seen District 9?

Doesn't exactly fit your genres (more of a monster movie), but I really liked The Host (Korean version).

I wish I could handle foreign movies. Quentin tarantino actually recommends lots of foreign films. But I just can't get through them.

The movie is good but the book was much better.

Any of the "Underworld" movies with Kate Beckinsale. Actually, anything with her. She's unfriggenbelievable.

I watched "Warm Bodies" the other day when I was bored. I was very surprised with this movie. Different and better than I thought.

hey if you're really bored and have too much time on your hands, try adopting a kid. that should keep you happily occupied for the next 18yrs.

The host was a great book haven't seen the movie yet. 28 weeks was excellent.

I know you're talking movies, but I've probably read every dystopian book out there and they seem to be making movies on all of them. If any of the following make it to theaters there's a good chance they'll kick ass.

    Gone
The knife of never letting go
    The maze runner
    Enders Game

If Gone ever gets made by a good director it would be epic!

How many films about politics you seen, Austinite?

    Syriana is really, really good.

I imagine you seen this, but a good dystopian film is Elysium.

The American is a good gangster/assassins film also.

    Horror - Event Horizon.

Thought i'd throw a few films out there not many people may have seen or heard of.
