    I'll look into the Clomid. I really didn't think I needed it in addition to the Nolva, but I'll do some more reading on it.

    My first cycle was a well-intentioned failure. While I didn't go into it completely blind, there was a lot that I had yet to learn. I started at 160lbs I believe, hit 178lbs at around 7-8wks and plateaued. Strength went way up, around 50-80% depending on the exercise. I've kept those strength gains but am sorry and sad to honestly admit that I botched the PCT by simply continuing Arimidex for about 10 days off and on before haphazardly starting a Nolva regimen of 10mg/day for around 3wks. Even missed a few doses. I dunno WTF I was thinking with that dose, except that it was above and beyond what was called for in the pre-designed stack I was following (from a well known source), so I figured it must be better than nothing. Came to realize later the 40/40/20/20 standard and face-palmed..

    I had gotten a cold bug that held on for about 3 weeks during the cycle, which wrecked my appetite towards the end. That, along with terrible nutrition (I seriously forget to eat) and the borked PCT erased 10lbs of gains in no time post cycle. Not only that, but I must have had low test for some time afterwards, because I really felt weak and small and even emotional for several weeks after my cycle.

    It wasn't all for naught, though. I did keep 7lbs of honest to god lean mass, gained a lot of strength, and learned that the details and consistency are at least as important as the hormones themselves. And that force-feeding is going to be necessary in my case.

    To that end, I plan on setting up a 3500 calorie meal plan (the most I can realistically expect myself to eat consistently without resorting to complete garbage foods), and sticking to it for at least 2 weeks before any pinning to ingrain some good eating habits.

    Test/Deca/DBol was surely overly-ambitious for a first cycle, but I really had no noticeable sides except for sensitive nipples from time to time, along with some hair-thinning (a DBol signature I've come to learn). I may also run finasteride this time if I can get a legit script. Since the cycle was well-tolerated by my body last time, I wanted to keep it similar but with an Anadrol kickstart instead and more deca (was only running 250mg/wk last time, and for only 10wks = probably useless).

    Edit to add: My goal, at least for now and the near future, is a strong and lean 185lbs, which I don't think is unreasonable. We'll see after reaching that goal and holding it for a good 6 months whether or not stretching for 200lbs afterwards is feasible for someone who can go 6hrs without feeling hungry.
