4 weeks running test -e 500mg week
~3000-3200 cal daily . Ive cut cardio out for the 10 weeks .. I normally cruise between 225-230 lb weighed in at 240 but feel like I'm holding water and extremely bloated .. About to start winny at 50mg EOD ..
Debating on picking the cardio back up and cutting my calories back to around 2600-2700. Any input would be great
