nothings impossible...but i'v been at 5% and to get there it took a "zen" mindset to eating. I was in a groove. But there is no fun food. No cheats. nothing that tastes good because it only encourages your mind to eat more. After awhile your eating urges will get the best of you, break you down, you'll fight back and forth. its hard. especially if you dont live by yourself. Depends on your genes. It took cardio 5-7 days a week too. I know guys tho that eat crap and dont do cardio and look almost as lean as me at my best. IF THEY, did what i did, they would get down to like 2% and could hold a 5 or 6% all year round. Just depends.
