Hi, so I recieved my order yesterday 12/16/13, I opened it today being that i worked late last night.

I ordered keto, t3, and some alchol swabs. The keto was leaking. I reviewed the package and the package is not damaged. the t3 is in good shape but the keto seems to have a puncture in the bottom of the little bottle. is this something you cover?
