Since I am by myself the Smith helps a lot. I wish I didn't have to depend on it so much but with my business & kids I cant get away or have a consistent training partner during the time of day I workout. I'll be adding a hack squat machine by summer hopefully.

You need to work out more by putting some sheetrock up on those walls before the insulation gets torn and starts looking like a mess. It only takes a day or so to hang it and put a tape coat on it and it will keep it a lot warmer inside.

Yep! I used to go out for New Years, but having a few drinks out is hardly worth the potential legal troubles anymore. Been there and done that, and am now the proud owner of a very expensive drivers license.
