Abrupt end to cycle. PCT Help Please

For personal reasons I have had to end my cycle immediately! I have been taking 600mg of test-e for the last 8 weeks. Question is, do I deff have to wait 2 weeks before I start my pct? And what way should I dose my Nolva and Clomid? Thanks
