    Morning, gentlemen! It actually feels decent here @ 28°F. That 2°F crap wasn't any fun
    Didn't bother me when I was younger, but nowadays I prefer the temps to be at least double digits.
    Gonna flip things around today. Just got off of work... going to grab about 30 min. of cardio and crash for a bit. Taking the wife for PT in about 6 hours and lift this afternoon.

    True it is a hell of a lot better than yesterday right? I had a pipe burst at 3 of my properties yesterday, so I need to make the rounds today and go check out the damage.

    i think my new year's resolution is to learn how to play a guitar

    someone gave me an electric/acoustic esteban years ago and it just sits there.

    what is the best way to get my fingers use to the pain? super glue?

    Pretty messy day bro thx for asking. Mostly just had to deal with tenants and contractors, and my teams had everything in full swing by the time I got to the sites.

    I feel bad for this lady who doesn't have insurance.. Lots of her personal property got ruined.

    If you rent or own, GET INSURANCE for your personal property. It's relatively inexpensive and so worth it.
