To get my cycle details right and diet correct I haven't considered vitamin supplements , other than vit c. I always assumed that because I have a balanced diet and have a lot of fruit and veg that I was getting all my vitamin requirements antioxidants etc without need for supplements . If I start multivitamin and d3 i will need at Least a month i assume for it to take effect and get in my system , therefore delaying my cycle even further, iv been planning it for months and am eager to start. Not planning on going anywhere though so I suppose a few more weeks won't hurt! One more thing, what about vitamin toxicity ? If I'm getting fat soluble vitamins in my diet and from supplements will I not be effectively overdosing which could cause me harm?
