    tren or not to tren

    Im reading a lot about people not being ready for cycles and am second guessing myself looking for expert opinion. Ive been around the gym since about 15 through sports. Now 32. Over last 2 years done 2. 10 week cycle test 250 e 500mg/ week. Wanted to do test 250e tren ace 100. 500mg test 200mg tren. Should be pic with post. Dont know bf. 6'3 1/2" 209lbs.

    I would wait
    have you ran anything stacked with test like deca anadrol or anything like that yet??
    looks to me u need good bulk cycle

    You’re really lean man, around 12% I would guess maybe less. You could be ready for tren, but don’t expect wonders from 500 test e and 200 tren ace. You could start at that doses, and later up your test to 750 if you’re not happy, and up your tren to 350. But if you up tren, I’d consider some cabergoline and T3 on hand, just in case. Try to pin tren ED for best results, and less sides. Its up to you man, If you go with tren, you have to deal with the sides

    has he ever ran anything else??? Going from 2 basic plain test cycle to tren is a big jump

    When younger I did same test only. Thats what I want is to be bigger. I thought tren was used as bulk too. What doses should I be running to jump in size. Im working on eating more right now. At 250p 270ish carbs 65 fat and trying to eat more.

    Tried to get orals before but they look so generic didnt use them. Pretty limited on that end of it.

    If you want to bulk with tren, you have to run it very high, at least, I have to do so.
    So your first tren run could be used for some burn propieties and some strenght. Anyways, I never use tren for bulking, I prefer test. Tren simply gives you that... Tren look. I would base everything on test and diet, and use tren as support. You have a very good BF, you’ll certainly feel the tren even at 350mg or lower

    Im not set on any one cycle. I just want to get big. Obviously I havent figured it out yet. Im looking to do things right and safe. What would you suggest 3rd cycle

    For running 2 cycles you still look kinda small? What's your diet look like

    test deca anadrol kick starter 12 week deca 14 week test
    tren after few more cycles
    Above plan--
    Done correct with diet 15-20 lbs

    Why do you insist on continuing to recommend compounds and advice to people on here that is absolutely ridiculous? You know why you say "..don't expect wonders from 500 test e and 200 tren ace"? Because you have done that and more and you are still tiny. Your diet clearly sucks and is non-existant. You say you have to up your doses? Its because you don't eat enough. If you can't grow off that, something is clearly wrong.

    Post up a pic of those legs of yours. You've posted them before. Show us the legs you've gotten from running high doses of anabolics.

    And to anyone recommending anabolics to the OP, please stop. OP, you need to learn how to eat BEFORE taking drugs. You could put on plenty of size with adjusting your diet alone. You can take all the anabolics you want, but if you aren't eating enough (which you are not), you are just going to loose everything you've "gained" on cycle and set yourself up to possibly shut down your HPTA permanently.

    Still upping diet. Started 3wks ago. Its more learning how to shop for the big diet. Right now about 250p around 270c and 65f. All clean carbs flourless carbs chicken fish ocassional ny strip. No alcohol. Use almonds and macadamia nut oil for fats

    Got the appetite just have not got up to the recommended 4000 calorie yet. Muscles already start to feel fuller longer after workouts.

    What does your meal plan look like? Easiest way to get extra cals is adding more friendly fats

    Im not jumping on anything tomorrow. Like i said im not set on a cycle. Already off tren wagon for now. I plan to increase diet and see what I can do with that while I wait. Had plans to start something beginning of april. Not cycling not happening. Should I stack or stick to test only and see how big diet helps

    workout
    50g p shake
    1/2 cup oats 30g proteins egg whites(630)

    900ish 3/4 cup cooked brown rice with 1/2 chicjen breast
    12 o'clock sandwich ezekiel bread carved turkeybreast blackbeans
    1/4 cup almonds
    230 protein bar 20g
    600 chicken breast/fish/pork tenderloin brown rice vege

    Yeah dude it sounds like you just need to up your caloric intake a bit, more protein and carbs and you should start to fill out, especially if you're on cycle! You got this dude, just eat more.

    Thanks im going to make that effort. Im not on right now waiting until april go 12wk this time. Just need to figure out what im going to cycle.

    Yeah dude, just remember diet comes first before any cycle. Have your diet together before your cycle. I'm sure you know but constructive reminders I'm sure you don't mind. Good luck man!

    Hi, I don’t care about what you’re saying, I know my diet is in check, and I know it could be better, but I really don’t give a fck. Because I know my genetics, and now I know the doses I need. If you get like Jay Cutler with 500 test and 200 tren and your excellent diet, good 4 you man you’re the best. But me, really, I don’t care. And if someone asks, I say, 200mg of tren, wont do much more than a little bit of fat burn, but that’s just me, if you get ready for IFBB with that, man.... then you have your right to tell that.
