Hi new member,
Looking to do first cycle (with your help) I am looking to shred body fat my diet is clean, I lift 4 days a week and train judo 3hours a week. I want to pack on some lean muscle mass(not looking to be big athletic ripped 8% body fat, I am around 17% at the minute.
