D-bol 30mg ed 1-4
Test Enanthate 250mg on mon & thurs 1-10
Nolva on hand (just in case)
Clomid for Pct

My workout routine is:
Mon-chest Flat dumbell press
incline Dumbell Press
Decline Dumbell press
Incline Dumbell Flyes
Cable Crossovers
Tues-Back Pullups 3 sets x 10
Tbar rows
D-bell Rows
Seated pullbacks
Lat pulldowns front and back
Wed-Legs Squats
Leg presses
Hack Squats
leg Extensions
Calves (seated + Standing)
Thurs-Tris,Bis,Forearms Weighted Dips
Skull Crushers
V bar Pushdowns
Dumbell kickbacks
barbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Alternating Dumbell
21's(7 partial up,7partial down 7 full range of motion)
Forearms Wrist curls with dumbell and straight bar
rope with weight twist the weight all the way up to the top and then back down with absolute controlled twists
Fri-Shoulders + Traps Dumbell presses
military presses (front and Back)
Upright Rows
laterals (forward and laterals)
Shoulder shrugs with Dumbells and barbells
Shrug machine

I usually do 4 sets of everything and Go as heavy as I can With the best form that I can................
