I'm a hard gainer unfortunately but I can work out 8 months and that's all I do then I have to work 3 months where I'm working 20hrs a day with no day off so basically I'm getting ready for 8 months so I can handle that 3
But in that 3 I lose almost what I gain in 8
So I'm trying to bulk up the first 3-5 moths and get as lean as possible the other 3 I don't get fat ANYWHERE except my belly
I have been doing it for years I wanted to try something new
