20 this year, thanks for the advice. to be honest and not try to be ignorant,it's very very hard for me to cut,tried multiple ways,the best i can do just loss 2-4pound every month by starving myself,i had pretty low metabolism. just gonna run clen for 4 weeks,then i'm gonna bulk again. ya,i do understand all the minor sides,the thing i worry for abit just the heart.i monitor my body temp and heart rate every hour,120mcg max dose,track everything in excel,and just for 1 month i guess it wont hurt so much? i know there still a risk,i'm not [this wont happen to me] kind of person,but this is a risk i can take since it's alootttt safer than AAS which im not willing to risk. an additional question,how old do you think its safe to take clen? 24above same as AAS?
