you can but it is pretty harsh-I would not run orals with it like anadrol ect..
With just test and a ai I see no problem-start low 10mg go from there also blood work would be a good idea

what do you mean it's harsh, do you mean the acne will become worse with accutane?

Yes, accutane will make your acne worse at the beginning of taking it.
