Hey dudes. I have always been supporter that overtraining does not exist. I started to train 6 times a week 3 parts day - 20 sets for every part.
I am convinced that we are in something of what is called CNS burnout.
My muscle pump was always absolutely ultimate and suddenly absolutely no pump, my muscles are soft and losing weight even when abnormal food intake. Mood swings from manic to lethargic. My memory and concentration is terrible. My arteries are severely reduced (training does not cause vasodilatation :-(
Unfortunately, I did not train three months and it's still pretty much the same. Just the mood is better.
How to speed up recovery but sleep and eat? I heard that strong androgens might help. Do you think that if I added mesterolone it helps? It makes me unhappy. I want to be back as an animal ever.
I do not want to be overtraining for 10 years :-(((
