currently on my cycle i'm taking vitamins an minerals plz advise on that :
morning after breakfast :
500 mg vitamin c
400 iu vitamin e
400 mcg fulic acid
75 mg QOQ10
1000 mg fish oil
500 mg l-cystine
200 mcg chromium picolinate
450 mg green tea
after launch :
450 mg green tea
1000 mg fish oil
500 mg l-cystine
after dinner :
450 mg green tea
1000 mg fish oil
500 mg l-cystine
500 mg vitamin c
my question is , can chromium and green tea effect on my gains ? can cause geting gains more slowly ? whats your opinion about this while on cycle ? should i use it or shouldn't ?
