    Clen Diet

Thinking about running a clen cycle this summer during my cut. Not sure how to adjust my calories.

I've read that too much of a deficit on clen will catabolize a shit ton. Is there any truth to this? And if there is, how much of a deficit should I be running? My maintenance is ~2400 and will probably be cutting at ~2000 for a while, I'll adjust as needed. Is that too much, or too little? Because if clen is as awesome as I've heard, I might just cut at ~2200 to retain a little extra lean mass.

15% caloric deficit is a great start, just take measurements once a week, weight, waist, neck and see how much bf u are loosing in the process of cutting, make adjustments as needed based on measurements bro
1/2" off waist line per week equals out to 1% bf loss, your neck measurement shows u are either loosing muscle in the process or holding muscle while u are in deficit

It all comes down to your diet bro, for instance I hardly do any cardio what so ever on my current cut but use hit by dorian yates, keeping my strength up in the process during my cut, still managing to loosing 1% bf loss per week, crucial part is sticking to your plan
Figure out your macro's and stick to it, if carbs are set low, make 1 refeed day per week, usually I make mine every sunday after measurements, goodluck

I've never heard this before. How do I use my neck measurement to determine that? Is it simply if it gets smaller I'm losing muscle and if it's static I'm retaining? I shouldn't be retaining a huge amount anyways, only 19 (almost 20), not getting on cycle til I'm at least 22. That's why I'm looking into clen to reduce the muscle loss.

Yeah u shouldnt loose to much around the neck if your diet is on track, maybe the first week u will notice a 1/2 loss in neck meadurement due to water weight loss, after that it should stay around the same measurement ( neck) as your waist line should be decreasing week by week
Myself I am rougly loosing 1/2" off waist line, neck stayin the same, and around 1 to 1 1/2lbs a week on a 15% deficit
