It's your body and health, and with your attitude, I say "whatever".
But I will tell you this, as mentioned above, your diet determines everything. As you build new muscle tissue, you need to eat more food to support that tissue.
Its really all about your TDEE and correct caloric/food intake. Obviously, you know nothing about this or nutrition in general.
So you are learning something new. People are trying to help (some come across different ways, but have to same concern). So maybe accept that you don't know everything and understand people are trying to help.
What else would they be doing? Do you think people get bent out of shape to the uneducated because of jealousy or envy? Is my life going to be affected if you take steroids and end up messing your self up? No, it won't.
We want to see people use these tools in the correct manner. We want to share our experiences in hopes of preventing others of making the same mistakes some of us have.
