    You calculate percentage from total calories!

    204*4+290*4+176*9 = 3560 kcal

    What you posted is 23% 32% 45% (p c f)

    Correct for 30% 44% 26% (p c f) is
    267g 391g 102g (p c f)

    That said, I think calories are way too high, unless you are very active and/or do a lot of cardio.
    If I were you I'd measure how much calories I eat on average, then just add 10-20% more for the bulk.
    It seems you gained some muscle already, so you should take it really slow, or you will have much fat in your gains.

    Damn thanks for clearing that up, i thought the percentage was based on grams not calories.
