How much is lots of water? On DNP you should be drinking around a liter per hour give or take. DNP isn't something to mess around with as an effective dose differs from LD50 dose by very little. You should have researched it before getting into it.

Going to the ER is your choice, no one knows what's going on like you do. 6-8L is probably around the minimum you should be drinking. If I were you is get off completely.
