Today was a killer arm day. My strength was up alot. 70s felt good and i'll take 6 reps for sure. The pump i am getting is nothing short of amazing and i'm not taking any pwo. I def feel very aggressive in the gym. This Titan stack is fawking bad ass. I found i like the jm presses better than skull crushers because they are easier on my elbows. The final 100 rep dips and 100 rep curls really put it on me. Arms were as tight as a drum. So far no sides that i cant controll except aggression,which is fine. I actually lost 2lbs over night but i think it must be water weight because everything is fitting tight. Blowin the fawk up!
