You are pretty light to be cycling at your height let alone having already done 3 cycles.
I try to built a lean and hard figure. I am in these kg cause i play soccer all my life. Now that i stopped i enjoy building my body with weights and hard h.i.t.

I do not want to do more than one cycle per year and the trough is that i found it hard to be sure for some things through my reading.

From which i have learned a cycle like the above is what i am looking for.
