Injection timing?

I am planning on taking 500mg a week of Test E and I want to know wheather I should split the shots up 250monday and 250thurs or would it be better to just do 500 every monday

Definately try and split your doses twice a wk bro. Whether its Sun/Mon or Mon/Thur injects, you want to try and keep blood levels constant.
