Make a small hole in the rubber seal,like with a tooth pick or a nail and insert the whole vile in your anus. MUST BE RUBBER STOPPER UP. It will slowly absorb into your system over a few weeks. You prob have to hold it in there when you shit but the effects will be amazing.
