I decided today would be a bro day,so i raped arms. The 21style pull ups had my arms blowin up after the 2nd set. I didnt go real heavy,but threw in plenty of volume. The 100 rep burn outs at the end almost had me crying. Nothing new to report. Still feeling really good with Titan stack.
